Cancellation Policy

Please review your appointment details carefully before booking. Appointments are subject to availability and are confirmed once your booking is completed. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact Lisa The Whimsical Gardener at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment, as well as missed appointments or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund and will be charged a $100(one hundred dollar) cancellation fee. Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability, and any new appointment time must be confirmed before it is considered scheduled. For services that require advance preparation, materials, travel, or custom work, cancellations or changes may be subject to additional terms stated in the applicable service description or at checkout. If Lisa The Whimsical Gardener needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to weather, illness, emergencies, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, you will be contacted and offered the opportunity to reschedule. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the service details, date, time, location, pricing, and applicable policies and agree to these terms.
